Spooky season is almost upon us; it’s one of the highlights of my year! I find the months leading up to Christmas really nostalgic, and I love to see the new spins on seasonal trends.

Wax melts scream autumn to me, and I’ve spotted some adorable ones this year, such as these cinnamon bun shaped melts, and these pumpkin and leaf shaped melts. If you are making multiple baskets they can be a great idea as you can split into several gifts.

Candles are a no brainer gift for the colder months too; nobody can ever have enough candles! 

I love the Disney parks themed candles, and always buy these for Disney fans in my life; this haunted mansion candle is perfectly on theme, or if you prefer cosy cute vibes, maybe this pumpkin pecan waffle candle is more up your street.

Crochet keyrings

I try to support small businesses where possible, and love to buy a handmade gift… so these crochet ghost keyrings tick all of my boxes!

Absolutely adorable, and they come in multiple colours – and they would work well as a bag charm too!

Edible treats

Halloween is all about the sweet treats, so you definitely need to grab some for your boo basket.

I love these themed hot chocolate stirrers, and there’s nothing better than settling down on a rainy evening with a steaming cup of hot chocolate.

Homeware

If you are a fan of a practical gift that your loved one will use, these halloween wooden spoons are a unique gift that they will use for years.

This tealight holder is really unusual too – I’ve never seen anything like that before but I love it! I love small seasonal decor items that you appreciate year after year.

Colouring books

Colouring has been a huge wellness trend in recent years, and it’s a great gift for all ages; toddlers to teens and beyond will love to receive a cosy colouring book and pen set.

If you’re preparing a boo basket for multiple children, you might want to invest in a colouring printable; you can print it as many times as you like, and it’s yours to keep forever.

Stickers

Stickers are always a super popular way to personalise water bottles, laptops, mobile phone cases or school planners.

There are some super cute halloween ranges; I love these witchy black cat designs, and this halloween bundle would be great to split across multiple gifts (or you could save some to hand out to trick or treaters!)

I also really love these potion bottle stickers! So unique, they would be a fantastic for a Harry Potter fan.
